Return and Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

All merchandise must be returned in new condition (unwashed, unaltered and with original tags, footwear must be in its original shoe box.) Any items received with cosmetic stains, deodorant stains, stains, pet hair , perfume/detergent smell or smoke will be rejected and returned to you with shipping charges charged.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Shoes and shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation and must be returned in perfect condition. The shoe box is not intended for shipping and must be returned in the original shipping box or other outer protective packaging. Any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape, or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer, return shipping charges will apply.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at help@googkk.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package at the buyer's expense. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at help@googkk.com
